Expensive and Disappointing
The onboarding was slick (lots of fairly convincing sounding projections were trotted out), and it was on maybe the second progress call that a lot of these projections/targets were then described as something to be attained gradually, with the implication being that it probably wouldn't be during the 3 month initial period. One of the first 'improvement' actions of the firm resulted in one of our two listings being suspended for a week over content error that even the most junior Amazon content manager should have avoided. Not sure whether the projections were given in earnest and the firm don't understand the market as well as they claim to, or if they'll onboard anyone, even not in good faith, because the profit incentive is so high for short term contracts also. Everything is irrelevant though except results, and the results show that sales actually have fallen close to 5% over the period that MAG were active in optimising our account. After 3 months we have been left with an incomplete and expensive PPC campaign and SEO. Would not recommend this service to others. They might offer some value in other areas, but definitely did not provide any value for our business. Stay away. Delaware Durables. Thanks for the reply. I would gladly manage your business for several thousand dollars a month if the metric for delivering results was not connected to the performance of the business. Search for verified reviews people, trustpilot ask for documentation to verify the review.

Honestly I think we over delivered value for you. And the summer months dip down, if you look YOY on your account. We probably prevented you from slipping 20%. I'm proud of the results we provided you. I would hardly call the service expensive for the value we provided. Wish you the best in your Amazon adventures. -Steven Pope
