My Amazon Guy updated our listings with GS1 UPC barcodes. I had been worried for several years that Amazon would eventually take down our old listings for using non GS1 Barcodes. We were initially hesitant of the possibility of losing reviews and ratings. All of our listings were updated successfully in a couple of weeks, sometimes less. I would highly recommend them.

The content MAG has put out over the years has been instrumental in helping me grow revenue and solve problems for the various Amazon businesses I’ve managed. I vividly remember the first time I had to submit a POA to Amazon for a product that had been shut down. Could not get Amazon to accept what I had submitted until I followed the SOP Steven put out on YouTube. They accepted it shortly after! MAG isn’t greedy with their knowledge or even when it comes to promoting and building their people. They practice what they preach when they say it’s everyone vs amazon. Love watching the multitude of content that comes out from their brand, not just Steven. Keep up the good work guys!

I ordered a main image upgrade for one of my products. I was very pleased with the results. They came up with some ideas I hadn't thought of.

Although you dont get any direct contact with the designer and no instant messaging the MAG process is very efficient and professional. I was happy with the final results.

My Amazon Guy helped us update one of our Amazon listings. We chose the listing optimization with standard A+ content and our brand story. They did a great job at creating beautiful new images for our products, as well as informative descriptions. They were also helpful in advocating for us through Amazon's Seller Central Help. Our project took longer than I expected it to, but that was due to problems with Amazon, not MAG. So our project got handed off to a few different people at MAG. I would have preferred to see the whole project from start to finish with one go-to contact person. Overall, I'm happy with the improvements MAG helped us make on our listings.
