Amazing services and even better people. Steven Pope, is so knowledgeable on all topics related to selling on Amazon and you will not be disappointed.

Thank you Ethan

You actually get to talk someone that gives you direct advice. Compare to others that try to sell a mastermind class from the first minute. If you provide advise, which is what Steven does it makes you consider going otu and investing more to be able to advance with your own personal agency agenda. Great experience.

If you decide to engage with this company and express discontent toward them, they won't hesitate to terminate your contract, but still bill you for the full month. I gave them 2/5 stars. They did there job but I didn't recieve the level of TLC that I was expecting for the price I was paying. I would have given them 3 or 4 stars if this situation hadn't occurred. It really leaves a bad taste your mouth. If you read there reply below- YES. I asked them to show my product to MAG workers and have them buy it and review it. And then have the head hauncho, Steve Whatever, reimburse them. That would have helped a lot more than them sitting idly by while my product makes barely enough money to cover the PPC strategy they gave me, let alone there $3000-$2000 a month fee... You are NOT a valued member of the team dynamic they sell you. I never bullied them. I said I would write an HONEST review. Apparently, the word "honest" is scary enough for them to terminate my contract. There reply below only confirms their lack of care and empathy. I wouldn't recommend them.

Hello Linnae You failed to mention that on the email where you requested that your 30 day out be waived you also made an attempt to blackmail MAG by insinuating we purchase all your products in Amazon and leave positive reviews about the product and if we don't you would leave a negative review here. As you know this violates Amazon's Terms of Service and its outlined in our agreement under exhibit A MAG will not commit such acts. This was done in bad form and we can't see ourselves working with you anymore. Good luck on your business

Thanks Stacey. MAG is an educational company first and foremost before it was an agency. I'm glad we were able to impart some of our knowledge to you

My Amazon Guy is an absolute lifesaver! I can't recommend him enough. He's the best problem solver I've ever come across, and he's lightning fast at responding to questions. What really sets him apart is his ability to help with issues that go beyond just Amazon problems. He's a true expert with a wealth of knowledge. If you're facing any challenges, big or small, do yourself a favor and reach out to My Amazon Guy. You won't be disappointed!

They did the job for the random catalog issue we had. Great communication. I would definitely recommend them.

My Amazon Guy relentlessly solved my problem with a positive outcome. It took some time, but that was because our company needed to brand register first. Once that was done, My Amazon Guy was right on top of getting our UPC changed.
