Easy process, timely delivery and great products

I had an error in my order that I didn’t realize until it was in process/shipped. I emailed customer service and they were so helpful. They updated my treatment plan to correct the mistake as well as refunded me the cost that I wasn’t anticipating. It’s can be difficult to find helpful customer service these days, But you can find it at myalloy! Than you again!

Very honest company. They went above and beyond and canceled an order for me that I didn’t want. It was not like pulling teeth. I was very impressed with the customer service. Their product is wonderful too. I just had too much and they didn’t want the next shipment and they canceled it for me even though it was pending! Will definitely come back to use the product again when I run out.
