They started me on a low dose birth control pill but scheduled refill shipment so late that I was scheduled to miss several doses. I panicked and they addressed my concern. Suggest that new patients make sure their refills are scheduled to ship on time so no doses are missed.

The company was prompt in getting the estradiol, progesterone and probiotic delivered. However, they represent that I would have access to my telehealth doctor for questions and that the response would be within the same business day. I sent a question on February 16, sent a follow-up to the doctor on February 17. Contacted customer support on February 23 due to lack of response from the doctor and they responded on February 24 that they would prompt him to respond. Another 4 days passed and I finally just cancelled my subscription and I let them know why. I recommend you check the website for the North American Menopause Society and find a local doctor to work with.

I would really like to see this company succeed because they are open to prescribing HRT when many doctors still are not. I was first prescribed the Sandoz patch which worked beautifully and got rid of the muscle aches and pain and fatigue I had experienced for the last 5 years. But unfortunately their Pharmacy made a decision to instead carry Dottie. Dottie did not work for me and I reverted back to pre-medication physical symptoms. I made the decision to leave after 5 months of Dottie not working for me. The previous 6 months I had been on Sandoz which worked like a dream. I found another online menopausal company that has somewhat superior customer service to prescribe sandoz brand. I also have more frequent dialogue with the doctors. I hope my alloy will consider switching back to Sandoz. I want to see them succeed because they are advocating for women's rights and Women's Health. I have now learned that Dottie has horrible reviews for efficacy on drugs.com. Dottie was so bad that I actually kept my boxes because I was sure that there was a recall and quality control issue, and I'm a nurse, but there has not yet been any recalls. If you're interested in my alloy, they may have gone back to the Sandoz option, so please contact them instead of being dissuaded by this review.

I’ve received top notch medical advice, products and customer support. I use the estradiol patches and vaginal estrogen cream (both ESSENTIAL for ny health and well-being) and love the ease of getting them delivered and the responsiveness of the myalloy team. I’ve been using the face cream for a month and LOVE it, and ahem, the oh my cream is awesome. I had such a good experience with the company. Very grateful! Also love that it’s women-owned. ❤️

I’m so happy that there’s an honest company out there that is accessible for answering my questions and works through my specific issues with me (I’m diabetic amongst other things). I feel happy and safe using their hormone therapy and their face cream. It’s been a great experience!
