Overall a good service but the response time from the physicians are not good. I sent a message to the doctor over 2 weeks ago with no response.

I was excited as a busy executive to find myalloy.com. I am not a medical professional, so I relied on their advice as “medical professionals” to give me what prescriptions were suitable for my body. I told them I did not have a uterus, and I only had one ovary and their suggestion was to send me progesterone and estradiol. I went to my yearly check up with my physician, who informed me there is absolutely no reason for me to be on progesterone because I haven’t had a uterus in years. I immediately contacted myally.com and inquired why they would prescribe me something they knew I didn’t need. I was told the email that the prescriptions just automatically come together which is a lie. MyAlloy has been charging me $119 for medication I don’t need estradiol is $12 at the pharmacy. They even sell it separately on their site. I requested a full refund for all the estradiol that they prescribed me that I did not need to be taking that their “medical experts” decided I needed to take. They refused. I told him I was happy to pay for the estradiol, which is all that I needed, and to refund me the dollar amount for all the progesterone they have sent me, which I clearly did not need - they refused. Then I told them to cancel all orders and cancel everything in full and instead they charged my credit card for the full $119 didn’t send any product and after multiple emails back-and-forth finally gave me a 50% refund on medication I never received. They have stopped answering my emails. I have requested that the money they stole from my credit card in September for product I never received to be fully refunded. They still have not refunded my money and will not reply. I will be reporting all charges as fraud on my credit card and I would highly recommend that everyone go and go to your physician or go to Planned Parenthood and find out exactly what you need because it’s a lot cheaper than dealing with My Alloy who is sending women prescriptions that they don’t need t ok make money and over charging for medications. Do yourself a favor and get a prescription discount card and get estrodial for $12 at your local pharmacy. MyAlloy is a total SCAM.

The medications are working so well! Sleep is better and libido has improved. I have more energy. At least I can actually get out of bed.😄

I was able to get fast and effective treatment.

This is a small company and they go out of their way to make sure each customer is respected and treated according to their individual concerns. When I first joined (Feb '23) and several times since, the medical team answered my questions promptly and thoroughly (all communication is via messages on their platform). Even more extraordinary is the customer support team. They have multiple times helped with unusual requests, such as printing up special receipts that I could submit to my insurance company (this required multiple attempts) and expediting a shipment of a prescription when I ran out pre-maturely and did not have time to wait for the next scheduled order. While many companies offer products to help women with the challenges of menopause, I have found Alloy to be genuinely caring, responsive, and human. I will stick with them for sure!

I am very pleased with the results I have received from the medications that I was prescribed. The screening questions and consultations made me comfortable with initially using these products and I am glad that I found myalloy and have used their advise.

The process for getting treatment was very easy and the responsiveness to my questions and concerns has been great.

Since taking the Rx I have definitely noticed a mood shift. I'm less irritable which was putting a huge strain on my life. It's only been a month but hoping it stops the meno weight gain as well.
