Fast, easy. It's really nice to have found a service who lets women make some decisions for themselves. Estrogen is currently the only medication I take. I'm 57. It's a game changer and has been nothing but positive. Most doctors I encountered locally did not want to rx estrogen to anyone for any reason.

I frankly had 0 experience therefore giving only one star! Initially it took very long time for someone to get back to me, doctor took a while to respond, after doctor approved the meds I was changed $230 but never received the meds. Apparently in the messenger someone asked me if I was allergic to the adhesive, I didn’t see the message therefore didn’t respond. A month later have noticed I have been charged for the medication‘s that were never delivered, after texting with customer service they said that my order was just canceled without any notification, I was never refunded, so going back-and-forth with the customer service I requested a refund and was quite disappointed in the service. If I would not seen the charge I’d probably be charged again for the next shipment and never gotten it. I did not like that I could not call or speak to someone, the only option you got is to email or text. I don’t believe this company is motivated helping others, especially when you’re going though those terrible menopause symptoms. Customer service said that they canceled the order because I did not respond to the question in messenger, but no one reached out and contacted me or even tried to get in touch with me. To my knowledge the customer service is very poor, I would not trust this company with my health. Response time and customer service definitely have to be improved.

Hence the order being prevented from shipping. We take your care very seriously so clarifying an allergy is critical. Once you reached out to us, we responded immediately to your texts.
