My HRT arrived a month late. I was grateful for the quick, professional responses and 100% agreement that I should get a refund but I really needed my refill at least as scheduled, if not "early" as I had been given the option in my refill request (that did not happen - obviously). Part of it was my fault - at the second week mark I was notified I had given a bad address but even still it took another 10 days to ship! Thank you for taking my symptoms (constant hot flashes and recent, mild joint pain) seriously.
