It's just been a few weeks since I've started on the Dotti (estradiol) patch and a progesterone capsule and I can't believe the improvement that I feel! The hot flashes have nearly diminished, no more night sweats and I'm sleeping through the night, but the most positive experience that I've had is feeling like myself (before transitioning to perimenopause).
