In my opinion this platform serves sections of the community well - those who cannot access a gynecologist and those already familiar & on HRT. As a patient new to HRT I think there are some flaws in particular lacking face to face consults. However Alloy does support its base with text comms. I was prescribed a couple of products. I eventually saw an excellent gynecologist who supports all of HRT, I am able to communicate at any time with the nurse. I have moved away from this platform. I think the home page could have more information for newcomers. I did not understand or missed some of the platform operation ie medical treatment plan. Perhaps it was on. The home page but I did not see. I would recommend based on reasons above. Bit personally if you can get Dave to face that’s always MY choice. Not relevant for brine I understand. Products are good,

Unfortunately I didn't know GERD is a side effect of estradiol. I'm prone to it because of a hiatal hernia. I had to stop after two weeks.

The product came quickly and I like the fact that I get a reminder that it's time for a refill and I'm able to push back the delivery if I still have plenty left. I didn't think the bottle would actually last me 3 months when I saw the size of it but I use it every day and it does ladt. In fact I pushed my last delivery back a couple weeks since I still had plenty of it.

Alloy was very through when explaining women s medical needs. Communication always available. Product is very effective. I highly recommend Alloy.

My doctor was difficult to get a response from and was out of the office for an unknown time period a couple times. Luckily it usually was only a couple/few days. My treatment plan was imput incorrectly. Then only half of the items were shipped. It's been over four weeks and I still do not have my accurate treatment plan. I cannot start the one item I did receive until the other item arrives. I had to notify the doctor that my treatment plan was wrong, then notify Support that it was wrong since my doctor was out of the office again. Then Support said they sent the other item but I noticed that the status showed as "error" for days. I reached out again and was told by Support that had questions for me. The EXACT same questions which I had already gone over with my doctor three weeks previous. Now the item shows as "shipped" but I wish I could just get my money back and go with another company. That said, my friend also went with this company and has not had any issues.

The doctor took a few days to reply but once answered gave me a suggested new dose for my meds
