Easy to sign up. Wish I had been signed up to speak with a provider intially to supplement the extensive questionnaire. Messaging supposedly emails you when you receive a response but I received a response twice and no email either time. Needs to have an app for easier use and communication. An app would make everything easier. Med shipment was quick and easy.
