Love communicating with a doctor that specializes in peri and menopause! She read everything I shared with her and contacted me in a timely manner! Very professional and friendly! It was almost like being in her office! Product was shipped out quickly!

Working with the doctor was 5 stars. Attempting to work with the staff was the complete opposite. They give you a number to contact them. Then, the number you call has a recording to contact via email. I have sent numerous emails without a reply back. My prescription had expired and I did not choose to renew. I received multiple emails indicating my prescription had expired. Then, I received an order in the mail and my credit card had been charged. Again, u have not received any response back from customer service.

Got prescription in 2 weeks. Feeling much better no more joint pain, heart palpitations. Just upped the dosage as my pms headache was still present, hoping this will do it!

After hours I was promised three refunds - received two and just discovered another charge on my card for ??? Still out $127 (that was to be refunded on 6/29). And another $49 that was stolen from me 6/24 This company is poorly run and will charge you for nothing. Beware

Hi again - we have gone above and beyond to help you including hundreds of dollars in refunds all of which were for products that were communicated to you as being prescribed. Some of these refunds were even for product you still received thus were free of charge. We have provided all of the refunds and their associated bank ID numbers so that you can work with your bank to find them. The $49 is the non refundable consultation fee from when you spoke with a doctor. This individual has posted multiple reviews which have all been addressed via email as well as here. Note that all charges were legitimate and none have occurred since her first review. We have provided refunds as a courtesy due to the customer having been unclear on what to expect once she purchased a consultation, not because she was charged in error.
