Not sure. After using M4 for about 4 weeks there are no noticeable improvements. They just posted the results of a study which were good. HOWEVER the study group used 3 pumps daily which is 3X the amount you get with the prescription. Not sure why they wouldn’t either study the product as it’s prescribed or prescribe a higher dose.

The Estrogen patches are working
The Estrogen patches are working! The hot flashes are less frequent and not as intense. I'm sleeping through the night. I feel like my head is clearer and the mood swings are less too.
