Ordering was thorough and an easy process. I received my product in a timely matter. I started using the product and have had no issues. It is still too early to see outcomes, but I am hopeful!

I really like the customer service. The products arrived in a timely fashion and were perfectly packed. The doctor always replied quickly. However, the packets of estradiol are hard to work with, unless you are using the entire packet. In my case, one packet of estradiol is too much. My doctor advised using half a packet. It is almost impossible to split a packet into halves or thirds, etc. I would really like to fine tune my dose for personal use and this just is not possible.

The doctor was very accessible and helpful with all my questions and concerns, with prompt replies to all my questions. Very pleased with Alloy and would recommend.
