i ordered 3 bottles and only got one. if i am getting the others over next months that's ok, but this should be communicated. if i am no t getting more bottles, i need a refund.

l feel my skin with more elasticity and brighter; some lines under the mouth are slowly improving. Hope that within the first trimester of use those will improve a lot more.

Alloy is great on the front end, getting you in touch with a provider and getting your meds out. Doctors are also very responsive to questions. They drop you and the back end, however. I changed dosages, but it took jumping through a few cumbersome hoops to figure out how to get the different dosage before the auto-renewal date. I am still struggling to get the prescriptions changed to Cost+ Pharmacy, where they are literally 1/10th the price. Alloy’s website provides incorrect information about how to change pharmacies, and after a call, a message, and a chat (which has been open for an hour now, and which is prompting me to complete this review) I am still not connected. New edit: No resolution, they say their pharmacy can send my prescription to my “local” pharmacy but not to “an outside pharmacy.” The most cost-effective option is, apparently, not available to me. I also requested an electronic or paper copy of my scripts twice. No acknowledgement of that.

UPDATE: customer service reached out and kindly addressed the issue and expedited my products. They were very kind and apologetic. I understand it was an oversight and I have since changed my rating. The first part of the process, registering, consult, and treatment plan went perfect. Once they accepted payment for product…that’s where it all went poorly. My order has shown “in-process” for over three days now. Emailed customer support two days ago and nothing…no reply or communication from them. Very disappointing! I will update review if I ever hear from them or get my product.

I just love that your doctors listen to women and women's experiences. The young male doctor who replaced my GP (he retired) wouldn't give me HRT because he said "You're too old." I feel so much better. No more night sweats and terrible dryness and pain during intercourse. All gone.
