Dr. Dumbo is fantastic! Thorough, quick responses to all of my questions. My Alloy experience has been very positive and encouraging for my journey of wellness.

The customer service for this product is remarkable. I had multiple communications I knew exactly where my order was in terms of processing and delivery and when I had a question I got a response very quickly that was professional friendly and succinct. My review only applies to The face cream which did not work as I had hoped. I definitely felt some firming and tightening in my facial skin, but even in tandem with my retinol and moisturiser it dried my skin out and I have been breaking out (and I don’t normally). I was hoping this would be what I was looking for, but I will have to move on in terms of skincare.

So far so good! I can’t visibly tell a difference yet. But I’m not had any adverse reactions for sure!

I had to wait a couple days to hear from the doctor that my prescription was approved vs. waiting two months to get in to see a local gynecologist in my area. Also, a lot of men doctors don't understand the struggles that women deal with in perimenopause and menopause. The price was a little higher than getting a prescription from my online pharmacy.
