Safety was first priority with my doctor, which I appreciate. The asynchronous consultation was a convenient way to communicate and exchange pertinent medical information. I want to return and get a refund. I've only used it 3 times with the paper clip underneath. And then that didn't work. If you don't refund me, I will let others know.

Absolutely horrible communication. Send me a wrong cream, I notified immediately asking to correct the error but was sent the wrong prescription anyway waist of $90. Can’t return it. All the communication is done with bots so be prepared to be frustrated. Will order through another company. Glad I have options.
