The pumping mechanism did not work on two of the three items that I purchased. These are expensive products to purchase and have to force open a cap to be able to use. I canceled my subscription.

I researched multiple provider's sites for prices of a tube of a prescription cream. The prices ranged from $39 to $47. Alloy's price was listed as $39. However, I was charged $119 for one tube, because the one tube is supposed the last three months at the recommended dosage. I cancelled the subscription and closed my account. I switched to a provider who charges $39 per tube and will order a tube every three months, for a savings of $78. Would not recommend Alloy.

I appreciated the Dr and customer service responses. But the xompnent of the prescriptions were terrible. They dont want to pump. Everytime I had to use a paper clip or pound the bottle upside down and I still barely got a pea size. too much work. Alloy did send me a 2nd bottle. It has the same problem.

I purchased $226.00 on alloy products on line on 9/5/25 The automated message after receiving payment stated that a medical provider would review my case and get back to me within 3 days. I sent an inquiry regarding the alleged call back on Sunday to the Support team only to receive a message to call 911 if I was in an emergency, followed by the comment that inquiring would not expedite my case. Today is 9/10/25 and I sent another inquiry regarding my purchase and an automatic replay with the same words came through. I researched the alleged customer information number 1 888 660 1816 only to get an automated response that this line was not receiving direct contact calls and to reach the support line. At this point it sounds like the customer is send back to the same point without any resource for direct contact. It would appear this company does not have the customer's best interest in mind given their lackadaisical attitude. From a customer's point of view, it looks like they took my money.

I had an issue with the pump on one of my medications, I reached out and let ALLOY know about my issue. They gave me a few things to try to make it work, and when neither worked, they shipped me another one with zero hesitation. ALLOY has fantastic customer service.
