I’ve appreciated the customer service. I find both the M4 face cream and serum to be helpful for improved skin thickness. The serum was not the consistency that I expected, since it feels like some of the silicone based makeup primers, but I still use it

While Alloy is easy to use and I felt that the physician dashboard was helpful and readily answered questions. The price for the medication was so expensive. I got my PCP to take over writing my prescription and the cost went from 119 via Alloy health to 18.99 (without insurance) at Costco. And I am pretty sure I can use my insurance and it will cost me about $5 out of pocket. So I did not renew my relationship.

The staff is very responsive and timely in their responses; and the products are excellent. It's a gift to have questions about midlife medications answered so easily.

When asking Doctors questions, they respond very thoughtfully and quick. The products I have used are great quality.

I do not know what I would do if I could no longer get the very necessary Alloy products, the Estradiol cream and the M4 face cream, both of which are essential ingredients to a happier life. Before I found Alloy, I was using those very very expensive little tablets that gets inserted with the wasteful plastic applicators that come with each tablet. I stopped using them and was miserable until I found Alloy. And now, I sure wish I had been using the M4 cream a long time ago. After years of trying just about every product I could, including going to one of those "spa" type stores in the mall (which also sell extremely expensive products and services that didn't really help), I've found the M4 cream keeps my face much smoother and I don't have to use a lot of moisturizer, which surprised me, but I'm totally comfortable with using this cream morning and night; I don't seem to get all that dryness around my nose and eyebrows like I did before I started using the M4. Thanks, Alloy, for making it possible for women to get the just right products that are needed to keep women healthy and happy.

I don’t have the option to select when my prescription ships. I travel a lot and there have been multiple occasions when my prescription delivered while I was gone, sat out in the heat. The last shipment t I had to reroute, for an additional $25 UPS charge because I was going to be away and it was over 100F each day where my prescription would have been sitting outside until I got home 5 days later.
