Photographer was great, pictures were great, but we never received them. The made a replacement order and spelt the name on the photo wrong so now we are waiting for another replacement order. When I call it is usually someone I can barely understand and it takes a minimum of a half hour to get through it all after being on hold for 10 plus minutes just to talk to them. It's just exhausting.

We paid $20 for our beautiful daughter's photos. Then they charge us $9.95 taxes and shipping. WTF

The envelope was bent because they ship with flimsy cardboard. The photographer took picture without telling my student they were taking it. All my mommy friends said their kid didn't look great either. My biggest complaint is the ADVERTISEMENT ON THE PURCHASED PHOTO!!

Pretty sad that this company is STILL taking school photos with such a LOW RATING on all social media platforms! My daughter came home from school begging me not to purchase photos that I had already paid for online. 🤦 She said that the woman was rude and none of her classmates liked their photos and felt like the lady ruined their experience! This isn't the first time I've heard this... And unless something changes.. probably won't be the last. I'm not going to be buying from the school anymore. I will get our yearly photos from a better, more professional place moving forward.

I haven't had school pictures of my kids since my littlest one was in first grade. They are took expensive. It really sucks because she's the one I have the least pictures of anyway. I am a parent of three kids, or was and now that they are grown I don't have any of their pictures. I don't have them and I could never afford them. I think you are horrible.

Horrible dull looking pictures and for some reason always tell my child to 'TILT" their head. WHY? Worst school pictures I have ever seen. My nieces go to a different school 20 miles away and they have fabulous pictures with great lighting and no tilting. Weird. BALLARD SCHOOLS IN IOWA NEED TO GET A CONTRACT WITH SOMEONE BETTER!!!!!!!!!!

You need to take more time with taking pictures for 1 st graders. My granddaughters pics were Not up to par like they should of been. No one fixed her hair no one fixed her necklace and you take pics to close up. Very disappointed. Just look at your reviews. I could if taken a better pic with my phone.
