I wanted to give some parent feedback. I received an ordering sheet for my child for sports pictures from the school but there is no portrait ID or code on the form. I then called the company I wanted to get the codes to order pictures. To get that they took 15 min. on the phone with me and had to verify my kids' identities 2 different times. The student's name, grade, school, city, state, my name, my email, who I was etc. The agent then said before they could give me the access code I would have to verify it again taking more time out of my day. Once I got in to see the picture it was a generic team picture of some random photo. The agent on the phone stated for privacy reasons they won't show the actual picture even though I just verified so much about my child. They told me I must place the order but just be assured it's the right one. So they were in essence telling me I had to give them all my child's information and then refused to show me even the team team picture I wanted to order. I obviously didn't order and won't ever order through this company.

My daughter's 8 , her 3rd grade pictures are completely bent , not a single layer of cardboard between a single picture, her angles look like shes shocked! Not a smile a grin! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL an you people consistently get worse every year! The money you people charge for SCHOOL PICTURES and then give us what you give us , your company needs to be investigated! Its so bad its borderline CRIMINAL!

When you try to contact support and they ask which city and state your looking for you have to repeat 4 times then in the 4 times you have to.spell out the entire town and city. Real sad. Also sad you can't order pictures as a grandparent. When you order 1 grandchild picture then you can't find the other 3 and ligetouch won't allow you to order them on acct of not being a guardian or parent. So you cancel your order. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Garbage company, predatory business practices. Extremely low-quality service, that still parasitizes local pre- and schools. Stop wasting children's time and get out.

if i could give 0 starts that is what the rating would be. They could not preform a simple edit that i was able to achieve on my own. They are a photography company. At first they said no - that the thing I wanted to change was "cool". I spoke to another representative- was told they could accommodate my request. I got my order confirmation number and then nothing. I contacted again and was told they would resubmit but then disconnected the chat. I contacted again and now the answer is NO. terrible customer service. inconsistent information.

Total scam on the pricing model. They send home a pamphlet with price A, while also receiving an email for the same event same package but with price 20% cheaper. Odd, but a deal is deal so you get online for the cheaper price only to see it's actually the exact same price as price A! They jacked up the price 20% from price A gave me a discount of 20% for price B but it's THE EXACT SAME PRICE!!!! Absolutely the scammers place ever, with people's cell phones nowadays if you can't get one decent picture of your kid and then get on some kind of Shutterfly and just order there. Half the price no scams.

Didn’t use the background I chose His pants tie are undone. His hat is not on correctly. Want $80 for 5 photos! Horrible!!!
