Photographer never showed up to the J C Penney Portrait Studio! The Penney’s staff couldn’t reach anyone on the phone. Don’t trust Lifetiuch!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE company with the worst customer experience. They lost all of my daughters preschool photos and are unable to redo any of her photos or provide any sort of compensation. How do you lose photos for a preschooler? They were never even uploaded once to the website and every time I call they hang up and refuse to provide an answer. I have sent multiple emails too just kindly asking for any sort of update and over a month has passed and now the portal has expired. They need to be shut down completely.

I'm giving you a two star because I really do like my pictures. However, my experience with your online customer support and your phoneline support is absolutely atrocious. I feel like I have been swindled, as I have payed for services that have not been rendered. For 3 weeks now, and an unknown amount of phone calls, and "chats" it seems to be an impossible task to simply update an email address for a purchase that was made while logged in my account with the correct email address, so I can receive my digital copies.

Myself and my daughters grandmother both never received our photos totaling over $150 from 2024, the company is completely unresponsive to any and all complaints. They will take your money, photos of your child, and data to use for their own purposes I guess. For $150 we received one digital photo each, ours many prints never arrived. In addition to stealing from new parents, they also lost a class action lawsuit for not paying their employees. So they might never even have got the photographers photos because they refuses to pay for services rendered. I'd recommend contacting your school board and getting them blacklisted.

Scam I ask for physical they gave me digital.. stay away ppl don’t do it.

Worst customer service, after over month of not receiving my photos I called them to find out they said they had the wrong email address and had to "reorder" my prints, 2 weeks later Im still waiting and they are only telling me photos are ready but not shipped yet with no timeline of when will arrive, pushing over 2 months since payment and order and still no photos, highly unrecommeded, customer beware

Life touch ??? Prestige?? Only you know what the difference is.. I have been told so many different answers so I'm writing this complaint on both sites? I have been told so much incorrect information and lies to just get me out of the chat! I was given a number to get assistance with booking from your chat agents and it was a fake recording! I tried in sept to schedule and was told wait till October to schedule! I got the email to schedule and 2 seconds later it was booked! I contacted your company via chat and the gentleman said which day did I want and then asked for my child's name and then quickly lied and said they were all booked even in December!!! If this was you trying to get senior photos to have pictures for one of the most important days of your child's life would you want to be Bul****** about this situation like you all have been doing to me? And clearly plenty of other parents? I need to schedule a session for my child and would love some real input and information and a resolution to this issue! The money you all charged for photos and the lack of support you give parents is not ok and should not be acceptable! Sincerely A disgusted parent!!!
