Dotty guided my carpet choices to ones that look even better in our home than they did in the showroom, thanks Dotty. Hanson, the installer, had a particularly difficult installation detail to work out, where one of the carpets, with a strong pattern, needed to align carefully with an existing tile section. He was able to install it without any run-out; a perfect job, as was the rest of the installation. A real masterful installation, accomplished without any undo fuss.
