Our installer treated us like family. His care for our home during this process way above what we expected. The flooring installation looks amazing. Only issue we had was the extra cost that was added for new plywood underneath. We understand you cannot see what is there until the flooring was removed, but, what we paid extra versus what we were verbally quoted as 'worse case scenario' was a difference of over $2000. It is our fault for not requesting written bid for 'worse case scenario' instead of being quoted after we are already started on the job. I feel it is more beneficial to customers to have a more formal bid that includes cost of all known charges, especially if you already have the square footage of the area. At least an estimated addition to install charges. Besides that, we love the new flooring! I will strongly recommend Michael the installer to anyone I know.

We have made multiple purchases at Carpet One, and always get quality and value. Dotty just helped us select carpet and pad for our master bedroom and we couldn't be happier. She knows her products. Excellent installation, as promised.
