Mount Vernon Carpet OneReviews of mvcarpetone.com

We have been going to Mount Vernon Carpet One for many years now for all of our flooring needs. Just recently, we also purchased tile from them for a fireplace surround. They are wonderful folks to work with. They provide great customer service as well as valuable input regarding design, style, appearance, cost, etc. The installers they use are all courteous and accommodating and they do excellent work. I highly recommend Mount Vernon Carpet One!

Dotty was able to assist in product selection for our new home. She was able to quickly determine our style and direct us to products and colors that made our selection much easier. We are very happy with the quality of product and the installers and the way things came together in our home.

They we efficient and pleasant. Very professional and neat.

Once again working with Beth Bell, Mount Vernon Carpet One, was a successful pleasure. Beth helped guide us in the selection of shades for our skylights. She and Dave, the installer, were both professional and honest.

For as many times as we were in the store, it still felt like everyone had a vested interest in our choices, etc. Great staff! You gotta love people who can laugh (both at me and themselves). That's what customer service is all about.

We've purchased flooring and blinds from here. Both experiences were wonderful, they have a knowledgeable staff and a great price. We will definitely return when we remodel more rooms in our home.

We just purchased carpet from Mt. Vernon Carpet One and the whole process was excellent. After weeks spent researching other carpet dealers we found Carpet One to stand out from the rest of our options. The staff worked with us to choose the carpet and padding that we wanted, explained the materials and options available, guaranteed their carpet and the installation, worked within our budget, were patient with my many questions and delivered on time and exactly for the amount quoted. I felt very confident when working with them and I highly recommend them to everyone. The installers that came to our house were professional, efficient, very pleasant and did a great job. The whole experience was excellent.

BEN OUR INSTALLER, WAS PROFESSIONAL, FLAWLESS IN HIS TECHNIQUE, HARD WORKER AND WE'LL REQUEST HIM NEXT TIME.
