Muzata would of received a 5 star rating from me but because I had to pay 1/2 the shipping price to send back two deck railing post , their Error not mine Muzata lost a Star. I would recommend this company to buy their products. Customer service is top notch !

Dear Brian, Thank you so much for your feedback and recommendation! We’re thrilled to know you were happy with our products and customer service. Regarding the return shipping cost, we truly appreciate your understanding. Brandon - followed up immediately when I asked about ordering a specialty tool for installing the invisible cable fencing. He provided cost and shipping charges. To my amazement, he went in on NewYear’s Day, set the order invoice and processed my order. I believe Brandon is an exceptional employee and a credit to Muzata. Muzata has created a great environment where service and support are not just words.

Great customer experience!! Peggy from Muzata is awesome! I used their quote option where I sent them some quick info on my deck and they put together all the parts I need. The installation was simple and the final product turned out great!

The product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. There were no surprises, and everything was exactly as advertised. Better than that, though, was the service. I built my own kit and sent it along to Sato before ordering. They were able to adjust my order according to the specs of my deck, ensuring that I got the correct pieces and even saving me a bit of money. Highly recommend.
