I received this with missing clips, caps and screws, I called the company, left messages, even though it’s Sunday, at 100pm, Brandon call me back and rearrange ship out the missing parts, I should receive in couple days, may be shorter . This customer service is way beyond the best I ever encountered Thank you for response so quick and pay attention to my problems with professional service

I am an architect (Massachusetts) and specified a floating stair plus cable railing system for a renovation of an existing home. Railings span two stories of stairs plus a balcony. Muzata had the most reasonable pricing of several companies I explored. They provided very detailed engineering drawings and 3D models, and we (myself and their engineers) worked closely for several weeks to refine the design to meet local building codes and the desired look. Muzata provided the quickest shipping possible from overseas, and products were excellently packaged and delivered to the project site with no fuss and in perfect condition. The stairs have been installed, went in easily, straightforward to figure out, and they look terrific! Will review again once the railings are installed.

I came across Muzata cable system while researching products for our remodel. I like the many options that they provided and the model look they had. From the beginning, the process was super easy. I sent them pictures and measurements and they design team went to work. Soon they came up with a design to review. They were super patient with us as we made one change after another and looked at different options to tackle a tricky curved staircase. Kiri was the the best. She worked with us until we were satisfied with the results. A modern, versatile, and reasonably priced system. Shipping and delivery were fast. Even after the sale, they continue to answer questions promptly. I will definitely contact them again for my next project.

The Muzata Design Team created and provided clear CAD drawings with accurate dimensions that eliminated mistakes that I could have made if I did it on my own which also eliminated mistakes I may have made on my own which would ultimately end up with an order of incorrect pieces. The Muzata Design Team is also very responsive to any questions you may have. I highly recommend using the Muzata Design Team.

Great product. I can't say enough good things about this company! Their customer service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We had a challenging project with several design hurdles, however, their design expertise and attention to detail were invaluable. Every question was answered quickly, and It's rare to find a company that combines skill, professionalism, and customer care at this level. For over 50 years I’ve been assembling things — you name it. I honestly can’t remember the last time a company provided extra parts. That kind of thoughtfulness speaks volumes about the way this company operates. Highly recommend!
