Update: So you respond here but not in my actual emails. What is confusing? I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. I did what I was suppose to do by checking with my neighbors and going to my post office! What are you evening saying what is fair for YOU. Yall took my money and I received NOTHING and not even a reply after! So I'm suppose to wait around to see if your company ever replies? I need glasses so I ordered through my doctor's office! And let's be clear there was NO OFFER to remake my order! There was no response! You received a bad review because of TERRIBLE customer service! You took my money, I have no product, and then sent me an initial response with one line of "Did I talk to my post office" which I made sure to state I already had in the initial email and then you go silent! Have YOU talked to the post office as yall are the seller/sender! I want a refund! This is RIDICULOUS! I informed the company that I never received my package, already checked with the post office and neighbors and they responded with "Did you check with the post office" and now are not responding. I sent another email requesting a refund as I had to order elsewhere and still no response.

The glasses are awesome. They seem like forever to get them, but wait was well worth it.

Ordered 3 pairs of progressive glasses 2 weeks before christmas and got them on 22nd. All 3 pairs are exact prescription and frames are decent. Im in canada and glasses are pretty expensive ($650 plus tax for 1 pair from optician) got these 3 pairs for approx $170. I'm going to order some for my wife and have already recommended to friends.

I was skeptical because I wear progressives and everyone knows they are the most complicated. THREE pairs for $119? I was not holding onto hope. However, they came yesterday and I was AMAZED. Such great quality and gorgeous frames. And my progressive lenses are spot on! I will definitely be ordering all my glasses from them going forward.

I ordered 2 pairs of prescription glasses from MuukalOptical for a combined total of $30 including shipping. The glasses came in a reasonable amount of time, but these things are seriously great. Both pairs look and feel amazing, the prescription is just right, and I get so many compliments on them. I have way more expensive glasses that don’t feel nearly as sturdy as these do. They are my new favorite pairs and I wear one or the other almost everyday. Best $30 I ever spent and worth way more than what I paid. I’m super happy with my experience at MuukalOptical.

I love that I can get multiple pairs of glasses for a great price! I have ordered MANY pairs of glasses and they are all fun, I can see well and if there are any problems, they address them in a fair manner. Their customer service responds in a timely manner. If you're not into designer names and want a good pair of glasses at a great price, this is a great place to go! I can get 3 pair(or more) of glasses for less than I would pay for 1 pair at a local shop or doctors office.
