Great specials, very nice selection, received the glasses relatively quickly. Just wish the glasses were a little sturdier but you get what you pay for.

Customer service is great. PayPal made the beginning a nightmare by storing long extinct addresses of mine. Fortunately, Muukal was quickly able to correct the address. The glasses came fairly quickly, one pair was out of stock, but they sent it as soon as it was available. The frames are great, and the prescription is perfect.

I took advantage of a 3-fer sale. I have high-index, bi-focal prescriptions that usually cost me an arm and a leg, but Muukal's prices were so good that I didn't even care that my HSA card didn't work for payment. All three pairs - indoor, sunglass tint, "transition" -- were delivered within 2 weeks. All fit well, appeared to be of high quality, and the prescription was perfect.

When I first got my glasses, I couldn't really see out of them, I was a little discourage as this was on on line order and didn't know how to go about to get them fixed. Muukal actually emailed me and asked how I liked them so I sent them an email back explaining the situation, and didn't want to return them if I was only getting 1/2 back, they did verify the prescription was right and after sending a picture said I got the PD wrong (size of where my eye goes for the bi-focal). They suggested the correct size and then sent me a new pair without extra charge! Love the customer service! I will now order some sunglasses!

I haven't actually even received my glasses yet, I'll update if there is an issue, but I just ordered tonight and noticed two errors I made (I was switching between so may good choices) and I texted their Customer service on a Friday Night at 10:30 my time in Denver, and I got a reply and both issues were changed by 11:15PM Friday night! that can't be beat. they even double checked some other things (My narrow PM and the fact that two glasses were progressive and one Lined.) I guess they knew that if I goofed twice before, I may have done it more that I hadn't caught yet. Far above and beyond for their Customer service rep.

I was a bit skeptical after receiving my set of three glasses. One pair was supposed to be polarized, but I quickly found out they were not. I contacted customer service a few different ways, and after getting a response they told me they would remake them. A few weeks later, I now have the correct glasses and am very happy!
