The fact of the glasses was able to do a virtual try on was great. The shipping time was a little long though at 3 wks.

I got three pairs of glasses for $134.00 total. All three are progressive lens and one pair is sunglasses. They arrived after about 2 weeks. They are fun because I picked bigger glasses not basic. I have been wearing them now for over a week and love them all. I would recommend ordering.

I have not received a pair of glasses that I can even see out of. They are all blurry. I can’t read anything and can even wear them. They have sent the same pair three times and none of them are any better. What really sucks is it was a buy one get one free and they send the same pair every time and nothing has changed. Then I’m told I can’t have the second pair because they will only remake 1 pair. Well how is that even fair so they don’t stand behind their sales and as a customer they don’t care. So I asked to send them back and was told they would remake them as many times as needed until it’s right. Well they still aren’t right and I asked them to try the other pair of glasses and send them and was told no. So I’m out my money. They do not refund your money so I wouldn’t buy from them again. They can’t get the glasses (prescription) correct. And yes I changed the PD with the agent prior to them making my glasses because I got my PD from my doctor office where I got my prescription from. So that is not the problem the company cannot make the glasses correctly. Response to Muukal’s comment: Your comment really shows how much you care about your customers. The fact that your only comment is about the PD which I stated I spoke to a customer service agent regarding that change and it was changed prior to you making the first set of glasses. Regardless none for them have been correct and you have not agreed to refund my money or rectify this situation and offering less than half of a refund is not acceptable for your inability to make the correct glasses and leaving me with nothing that I can even see out of. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I ordered their 3-pair deal - progressive lens. Received them. Nice frames but the progressive started too high on the lens, thus causing blurred vision. I notified them and they refused to correct the problem, offering only one replacement pair. Had to dispute the charge with my bank.

I got a notice that my glasses shipped, with a tracking number included. However, it appeared they went un moved for 5 days, so I got a little curious. I emailed CS and within an hour had a simple, concise answer. (The usps shipping label is printed and attached to the order before it goes into the giant shipping container for its journey across the sea, and doesn't get scanned by the US post office until it gets out of the container and into the usps system)

Do not trust this!!! spam!! poor quality!!! I was cheated them, stolen $144.. no return and refund! they do not even try to solved the problems. You are wrong when you trust them.!!! that's it, Cheap, cheap, cheap!!! bad choice.!!!that is true!!!!

Hard to believe that you can get 3 pairs of glasses for $119. They came within 2 weeks, were as ordered, and the prescription was perfect. Regular, Sun and computer glasses fir less than 1 pair almost anywhere.

I love the glasses from Muukal site because they made the proper prescription that i gave them unlike other sites I have ordered glasses from and the glasses are made really good and beautiful thank you very much for the glasses Muukal 😇
