Very negative experience. There is no phone number or address on the site. Very slow response to emails, and then they do not listen to customers and eventually stop responding altogether. Very rude replies and outright lies. Don't stand by cancellation policies listed on the website. I had to file a claim. I canceled both orders within 24 hours per the cancellation policy on their website. They even replied to the first cancellation and then later said they did not get it! I have proof and time-stamped emails. They lie. If you want to see what kind of response you will get if you have any issues, just look at their responses on these reviews. They are rude and can not be trusted. Also, you are not dealing with an American company. They are in China and any response (if you get one) will take at least a day to get and then they will not allow you to cancel even if you follow their policy!

I ordered 6 pairs of glasses. Four were perfect. One was a different color than shown but still cute. The other pair wasn't right so they are replacing it free.

Great items, light weight beautiful color came on time

I loved my new glasses so much I ordered more! I have bifocals and usually the lenses are so expensive I can only get the cheapest and ugliest frames (Grandma- The 80s called and want your glasses back!) but now I can be fashionable and not go broke!

2 pair do not work. I can’t see out of them

The frames are great but the customer service isn't. On my frames I found I had measured the PD wrong and this was discovered through emails back and forth. I was sceptical this was the issue and so took them to my opticians who found there was chromatic aberration. Even with the right pd the vision would have been blurry. I had expected some sort of discussion on how to rectify it even if there was aditional charge but no. I can see in their responses to negative reviews here that they don't like any criticism and can be very rude. Buy the frames but don't add prescription lenses. Get those done by your actual opticians. Such a shame.

I was looking for a certain type of prescription frame that I could not find at my ophthalmotogist's office. I wanted reader frames with my prescription and usually you have to buy over the counter reader glasses. I was able to find the semi-rimless glasses I wanted on MuukalOptical's website. I loved the pair I ordered so much that I ordered a second pair. I was amazed that the glasses including prescription and shipping were so inexpensive. The quality was great and my glasses came with a case, a cleaner cloth and a tool kit.

I ordered 3 pairs. 2 were perfect, one had an RX that was not right. They replaced them immediately. The time from order to deliver..3 weeks for CA. The reorder took about 2.5 weeks. I have since ordered 2 more pairs. 3 pairs of progressives for $119 plus tax is a steal! Plus they stand behind their guarantee of satisfaction NO questions asked.
