Frame delivered is not same color a picture. Picture showed black temple arms, the product sent is silver. Notified Muukal service. Only offer was coupons which do not come close to replacing the incorrect product.

I was not sure what to expect from Muukal. I know people who have ordered rx glasses with good results and with bad results. I read the reviews and decided it was worth a try. I am astounded at the quality of my high-index progressive lenses from Muukal! I have 3 pairs of glasses with all the fancy coatings for less than 30% of the cost of one pair from a local optical dept WITH insurance!!! The frames are as good a quality as I have ever had, and the vision correction is excellent, as good as any pair of glasses I have ever had. As a nurse I need trustworthy glasses (I don’t ever wear contact lenses to work) and these do just fine.

Great selection of frames and colors to choose from. Order arrived in about 5 weeks but the prescription was right on. In fact best pair of glasses ever. Prescription is crystal clear. Highly recommend.

Ordered 2 sets of 3 pairs of glasses for 1 price. Received both sets and can not see clearly out of any of the glasses I ordered. Vision is blurry. after contacting them they asked for photos of me in my current glasses and the ones i bought and then told me the glasses I purchased are too big for me. Not sure what size has to do with the lenses being blurry and not able to see out of them. As well I should be able to purchase any size i prefer. When asked about a refund, was told I need to ship the glasses back to them in China, they were shipped from Texas. When I told them that I would be happy to ship to Texas where the order came from, I was replied with a comment that everything sent to that warehouse will get destroyed. Cost to ship to China would cost more then I paid for the glasses. I have put in a dispute with PayPal, Where they said the same thing that I have to send back to China, waiting to hear back from PayPal. Wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing, lots of negative reviews and their responses are so rude. I am sure they will come back with a rude comment to me as well. *Update after their response - Yes, all 6 pairs were blurry cause they were all the same prescription. Again, the size of the glasses should not make a difference. You can not restrict the size of glasses for each person. It is not unfair to ask for the prescription to be wearable and not blurry. It is not like I was having an issue with 1 or 2 pairs of glasses. All 6 were defective.

Perfect. The moment I opened the box and got out my first pair, I was pleased. Then, I put them on and was even happier. I had taken advantage of the 3 pairs for one price and am so glad I did. Totally would buy again. Progressive lens vision was clear and better than I could ask for. Do not hesitate to order from this company for the best price and quality of products.

I love the glasses I purchased. They are of good quality and the prescription was done right. Customer service is excellent too. I got free replacement when I had a complaint about a particular pair I did not like. If you buy from Muukal, you won’t regret it!

These guys are great, why can they do what they say they can do and actually do it!!!. I ordered 3 pairs of progressive bifocals, with transgression color change. 1 pair was a pair of sunglasses so my cost was a bit higher than the 119 a whopping $164. I will be buying more and am telling everyone that wears glasses to order from here.

Why did you sent me the visible the cheap quality glasses. I hate them with visible reading line. 2 piece of glass one for reading one for distance. It should not be visible. I hate them. I don't like the line between distance and reading. I would like to return it. Please send me your return address. Regards. Azam afridi 310 wv55 th st New York NY 10019
