Great products...Quick response time to fix a minor issue...great customer service and I get daily compliments on my glasses...will not hesitate to order again ...recommend this sight to my friends

I have ordered ‘3 pair offer’ twice in the past three months. I am very happy with the product and the service. My glasses are progressives, and I have used gradient tint once, and also sunglasses. Since glasses are coming from China, be patient about their delivery. $$ savings make this a no-brainer for me. Thank you, Muukal. I love my glasses.

Great selection

When I placed my order I kept trying to put my PD in as 60; but their system kept changing it to 63. So, when I got my glasses (2 pairs), I could NOT read ANYTHING. I emailed, and was told my rx was correct. I texted and was told to return. So, I returned them to the EXACT same address that was given on the label. But was later told, oh that’s incorrect. You need to send them to China. We will contact you when we get them. Well, that was 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard back from them and I am out $120!

Best online customer service I've ever had. I forgot to apply the coupon at checkout. I was supposed to get 3 pair for total of $134. Due to my negligence I did not properly apply the coupon and was charged full price for all 3 pair. Customer service response was very fast, especially for a Saturday evening, very kind and helpful! I adore the product selection and prices, as well as add on features. There is something for literally everyone! I will definitely order from them again. With the coupons/promotions you don't need to worry about price. Just have a valid eye exam rx! I can't stop raving about this company.

IVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS YET, ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS. ORDER HAS BEEN FULLY PAID FOR AS WELL. THERE'S NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT UNLESS YOU PAY FOR IT!! ILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW NOT TO AS WELL!!!!!😡😡😡 IVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, ITS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. THIS PERSON KEEPS EMAILING DIFFERENT THINGS THAN IN THIS POST. IVE REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR THEM TO STOP BUT, THEY CONTINUE. AS IVE STATED TO THEM, I ONLY HOPE MY GLASSES ARE CORRECT BECAUSE ILL NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM MUUKAL!! END OF STORY!! SO, I FINALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER AND OF COURSE THE PERSCRIPTION IS NOT CORRECT!! IVE REQUESTED A REFUND NOW TWICE AND HAVE GOTTEN ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONCE!! MONEY WASTED AND A SO CALLED COMPANY THAT'S WORSE!! 😡😡😡😡 I GIVE A NEGATIVE 100%

I received my 2 pairs of glasses today. I love them! They look great and are so comfortable, I forget I have them on. Shipping only took 2 weeks, and they were carefully packed. Both pairs are bifocals, I will be getting more, but maybe in Progressive lenses.

Love my glasses! Great place to do business with. Needed to contact customer service and they got back to me quicker than I thought. Highly recommend getting the glasses from them.
