I ordered the 3 pair it was roughly $269. These glasses are trash. They are cheap made. The only pair that the lenses are correct are the sunglasses.

My eyeglasses were sent to an address in Texas. I live in West Virginia. Needless to say, I still have not received my glasses, which I ordered on June 10, 2024.

Ordered 3 pairs prescription polarized sunglasses. Got an email asking me to confirm, which I did. Received a single pair of sunglasses, not polarized. When I contacted them they claimed I hadn't responded to their confirmation email. They did send out the correct order after a couple weeks. Frames are reasonable, lenses are outstanding. Because they're based in China, I will likely have to mail in my health insurance claim as Sunlife system won't allow providers outside Canada to be added.

Ordered glasses originally and they were too big for my head. Despite claiming to have a 100% money back guarantee they would only refund a percentage of it. So I was.losing money either way, so I Ordered another pair, I had to pay extra money to cover the cost. I had them 6 months and the frame cracked. I wear my glasses every day so when not wearing they are in a glasses case. I contacted the company to replace them but they would only replace the frame not the glasses as a whole which will not be helpful to.me at all. I will lose more money getting a company to install them. I have seen.other reviews which aren't good and the company just attacks the customer. I am only leaving 1 star because you can't leave zero. Save your money and use a different company. I will never use again. *****Update since posting this review they have told me that I am a bad customer and untruthful. Entirely predictable!!!

22312253167 Sorry, what you said is not true. First of all, for your first order, you thought the glasses were too big, so we sent a discount coupon. You only spent $20 to purchase a pair of progressive glasses again. Six months later, you said the frame was broken, and we will send a replacement pair of frames again. However, you said no. You asked us to send a complete pair of glasses, but we refused. You came to send a bad review, which not fair,what do you think? And absurdly, you also accepted our replacement frame and said these untrue things after a week. We really don't think this is a good idea.

I've been using progress galsses (indoor style for computer work and outdoor style) for about 20 years. I've been buying them online, primaily from one source, for 15 years. During a 3 pair for $119US promo event I'd thought I'd give Muukal Optical a try. The online order was straight forward, similar to other sites I've used. I ordered 3 of the exact same frame, lens and coatings. Shipping seemed a little slow, but I wasn't in a rush. When I did receive the package it didn't seem right. When I opened it I found two pair of galsses and not three. Upon further inspection I found these were not my glasses but someone elses. I notified Muukal and they found the mixup. The person who's glasses I had, had mine. Muukal paid each of us to ship the glasses to one another. Now I had my 3 pair of glasses. So far so good. When I tried wearing the glasses it was almot impossiple to see clearly anything but for a small window immediately in front of me. Anything remotely off to the sides of this pinpoint area was very distorted. I know you have to turn your head and not your eyes with progressives, but these lenses were too restrictive and not like any other pair of glasses I have ever owned. PLus, the outdoor tinting was very weak and barely darkened in full sunlight. Customer support tried to help with somewhat demeaning offerings like sending me diagrams showing me where on the lens to look for distance and reading. Not that it helped because the issue was in the lens, not my understanding of how to look through them. My understand was that returns would be subject to 50% penalty. I was willing to accept that, but I wasn't offered the option. I gave up. The glasses will be donated to charity and I'll order new ones from my previous supplier. Muukal has attentive support, but not fully helpful. The quality of the glasses are in line with what you pay for. Honoring their refund policy is questionable. It may work for you, it may not.

Great experience! The glasses are fantastic. I received exactly what I wanted; both the fit and prescription are perfect. Customer service is phenomenal and shipping time is reasonable. I already ordered more!
