Then glasses look Ok and the paper has the correct RX but I can't use them. The reading area is too high and the distance area is too shallow. Muukal has contacted me and suggested I try a different frame and will replace it for free.

The 3 pairs of glasses I received are great! Customer service, quality and price couldn't have been better. However, shipping was way to slow. It took over a month to received ALL 3 pairs. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend Muukal.

with trepidation i ordered 2 pair of glasses once i got the confirmation email i noticed one pair didnt have the correct lenses so i immediately contacted the company and they fixed the problem, fantastic! So i then waited and waited received my glasses within 10 days and voila right out of the package they are Fantastic, no issues with the lenses i have a very strong prescription and they nailed it. oh the colors are great and the frames are so lightweight and the spring hinges are wonderful. no where onlne could i find the same amount of options for frames so im very happy i chose this company i wont hesitate to order again

Ordered a prescription pair of sunglasses. They did get the prescription right and love the frames but they do feel cheaply made so we'll see how long they last.

Just got my new frames and I've gotten so many compliments on them already! They feels more comfortable on my face the $400 pairs I have purchased over the years. The prescription is exactly as the optometrist in my home store made for me.
