BUYER BEWARE---this place should get 0 stars. i got the three pairs of glasses, two of the frames seemed different than website photos, the third i couldn't read with at all. you can return for no reason for a lousy 50% refund or store credit. i decided to cut my losses and accept even 50% as better than nothing, then they regret to inform you that you have to pay shipping to return glasses to china. what a rip-off.

I was initially hesitant to order glasses on-line, however due to the great low prices, and return policy, I decided to give it a try. They do fit a tad bit tight but I think it may have to do with playing it too safe and ordering a size small to avoid a loose fit but overall i love these glasses on me!

This is my second Muukal order. I like the glasses very much. However, on my most recent order, I've only received 1 out of three pair of glasses. It has been 5 days since the one pair was delivered. I tried calling the provided phone # with no answer. Hoping for a reply in my email in the next 24 hours

They are progressive lenses so I wear them for reading. tv, and short distance. Really just the right frame and lens to let me see clearly in many situations. Thank you!

Purchased three pairs of glasses and a glasses case. Shipping was the advanced shipping. My order went to someone else in another state! I messaged customer service. Then they wanted me to confirm my address and provided another person's information in yet another state! Asked to cancel at this point. Company did not honor this even though it was due to their mistakes. Received one pair of the glasses yesterday. When I messaged the company they said that I ordered three different pairs then what I actually ordered and were confused. Then today I received a duplicate pair of the same glasses the day before. After over a month the company still can't get it right. Horrible....Horrible...company. Would never order from this company again. What good are cute glasses if they never come? I've also had to do more work sorting everything out with this company then I do at my job. Not worth the time and frustration. Place an order at your own risk.
