This is my 3rd order from Muukal. I have loved every pair and will purchase my glasses from there every time I need new ones. Their glasses are cute and fit well. The price can't be beat. Highly recommend their products!

The glasses look good and the prescription is good. The only drawback is that there is no sprigged hinges on the arm's. Except for the frames being slightly heavier, I can tell no difference between my original glasses and these new ones. The lenses themselves are top-notch. I'll definitely order from here again.

The ordering process was excellent, the communications back to me were great, and the glasses were perfect.

What an absolutely horrible company. I chose frames that were returned in their search for Progressives. The first set of 3 pairs never got to me. It took them a month to re-make them because they would not admit that they were lost in the mail. Once the glasses arrived, I found that I could not see out of the bottom 1/4" of the lenses on any of the 3 pairs, it was completely blurry and distorted. Muukal's response was that they recommended against large frames for Progressives. Ok, so why does your website recommend them for Progressives? Nowhere on your site does it say that you recommend against larger frames for Progressives. They wanted to remake my glasses in smaller frames, which I cannot use. I refused. They refuse to honor their 100% manufacturer error. They now claim that my paypal account is frozen so they can't give me any refund at all. There is nothing wrong with my paypal account yet they refuse to contact paypal themselves. I will never deal with this bunch of thieves again.

Hello, did you say Beth Wilson? We have clarified many times that you went to PayPal to create a case, and the money was frozen. We asked you to withdraw the case, but you said it had been withdrawn. However, what we see is that the money is still in an unusable state, so who is lying? We don't need to lie and deceive you with tens of dollars, thanks

I had never purchased glasses online before and I was extremely nervous about doing so. I was tired of paying upwards of 500 dollars for the cheapest pair I could get at my eye doctor because my prescription was powerful and difficult. I am extremely impressed with the glasses I received. I was able to choose progressive lenses with all the bells and whistles I could add. I am no longer afraid to purchase my glasses online because my experience here has been so positive. I will return when I need my next pair of glasses.

Even though I really like the frames my lenses are not correct. I ordered progressive lenses and can distances fine but reading and close up is very distorted which makes me dizzy. So I will be returning them
