I have bought three pair of glasses which are bifocals, two of the three the lens were set in them wrong !! I have tried for two months to have them correct the mistake. All they have done is give me a run around. I only have 3 months to return them ! It took over two weeks to get them. Now only have till December 17th to get them replaced or my money back because they start you 90 replacement time as of the day you place the oreder. There is no way to talk to someone on the phone !! They only give supply a email or text message which the text message is not answered after trying for two days. I don't understand this practice you should be ab l e to talk with someone on the phone to resolve a situation!!! Beware if you buy from this over seas company !!!!! As you can see below from the company ONCE AGAIN the response to thIs issue is we can not find your name. The next response is can we have the service number. Even after you supply them with all of whatever they ask from you to provide you have bought from this company already. Then they ask for pictures next which was given now they wont answer email's. Please be aware of there practice if you buy from them.

I had trouble with the glasses I ordered and new glasses were made and sent with a great result. The glasses are so much better. My only complaint is the shipping. It takes a long time for the glasses to be made then a long time to be shipped and arrive. Thank you for making my order right.

Update:Two pairs of the plastic glasses broke in less than 7 months with light wear. I ordered glass on 9th, they were shipped out by 12, left China on 15 and arrived to me in US by 22nd. The glasses are cute and look exactly like the pictures. It's worth it to get advance coatings, one pair has basic coating and is always dirty. I'm unsure if these glasses will last more than a year but my prescription gets worst every year so these are a good option for me.

This place is legit! Got 2 pair of progressives with prism (I have a very strong rx) for a fraction of the price of one pair at my local eye clinic. Excellent quality frames and lenses, the prescription is right on. Shipping was as expected. I will order from here again!
