OMG. I got 2 basic frames with invisible bifocals for $33 (Black Friday deal) They kept me updated on arrival and to my surprise, are perfect! They answered questions immediately via email. I was extremely skeptical.

Love my new glasses. They are even better than I expected

I am a resident of Israel and before I placed my prescription order, I checked Muukal:shipping location and Israel was on the list of shipping destinations so placed the order made payment and received a confirmation. The next day, I received an email from customer support asking me if I reside in Israel because it will take long time to get to Israel. I responded that I currently reside in Israel and don't mind waiting. I then received an notification that my orders was cancelled. I immediately responded that was not acceptable and I insist that they ship the order ni matter how long it takes. I then received received another email advising me that they don't ship to Israel, yet the site continues to offer the option. This is not the way a reputable company conducts business.

The quality is outstanding,and the price is awesome, and affordable! I ordered extra pairs for the price of one. So incredible! I will continue collecting different colors, and styles, because of the awesome price I received on my 3 pairs!

***update*** this is not a misunderstanding and the company will not honor their "no hassle" return policy unless I remove my review. Their online contact form does not work so they are implying I'm lying just to leave a negative review. Check online for other reviews that show this company tries blackmail frequently. The only reason they even contacted me is because of this review and have never even asked about the actual issue, they are more focused on not having a bad review. I'll be providing screenshots on reviews I'll be making elsewhere as well. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a reply/response from customer service regarding my orders. Not responding doesn't mean that the no questions asked return/refund doesn't apply.

I was sceptical at first. Ordered 3 pairs of trifocal lenses for$119. Who does that? MuukalOptical does. Lots of frame choices too. Very happy with my purchase. Would definetly order again.

I originally gave a 1 star review because the frames on some of the 6 prs we ordered had broken. Muukal saw my review and contacted me. I didn't realize there was a warranty period that I could've used, but that period had expired. It was my fault the warranty period expired, but Muukal still offered to replace 2 pr. I'd say that's excellent customer service. So I'm awaiting my 2 free pair they are replacing. With customer service like this I plan to order more glasses in the future.
