I was so excited for the style and perfection of all 3 pair. They are beautiful crystal clear and just perfect. Much more than I expected. Love them. This will be my only go to place for my glasses. I’m just amazed at the quality price design and delivery.

I purchased 3 pairs for $134US, which was a great deal. Two of the pairs came perfectly, the last pair the glasses themselves were fine, but the clips (yellow and dark) were totally scratched. Customer service so far has been great. Hopefully my new clips come without all the scratches. Will update when they arrive.

LOVE their glasses. Great quality and don't get me started on their unbelievable prices. I wear progressive lenses and still get 3!!! pair of beautiful, top-quality glasses with all the bells and whistles for around $150. Have you been to stores these days? They don't even have just the frame for that kind of money. Do yourself a favor and check them out I promise you won't be disappointed. I have 12 pairs already and still paid less than for 1 pair at a store.

Comme je suis du Québec, Canada, je vais vous écrire en français. Il y a quelques semaines, vers septembre 2024, j'ai reçu ma commande de 3 paires de lunettes, suite à une promotion. Cependant, une paire était croche et pas du tout adaptée à mon visage. J'ai écrit à MuukalOptical , pour savoir leur procédure de remboursement ou d'échange. Suite à plusieurs courriels entre nous, j'ai pu choisir une autre paire de lunette, presqu'au même prix,et avec toutes les options ( ex: progressif, anti-reflet , etc) tel que mes originales. Nos échanges se sont passés dans la bienveillance , le professionnalisme et la patience. J'adores mes nouvelles lunettes !!! Rien à y faire. Bien droites , bien serrées , et très jolies.. MERCI Muukal , pour votre service à la clientèle, courtois et bien informé. Je suis très satisfaite , et je n'ai paseu à payer de frais supplémentaires. De plus, il y avait un cadeau dans ma commande !!! Wow !! Ça , c'est du service et respect envers votre clientèle ... Nots : problème résolu au 9 octobre !.
