Love my glasses frames. Prescription is perfect! Didn't even take 2 weeks from ordering to delivery.

I have bought 2 pairs of sunglasses from Muukal, both were the same frames and both were shattered within 6 months (the frames, not the lenses!) I have never dropped them, the frames are cheap and defective and so I reached out to customer service. The customer service person emailed me back and said I couldn't get a refund because they were out of warranty, even though the damage is their fault! They only offered me a $25 coupon so i can order new glasses, which I can't afford to do. I have other pairs from them that have been fine but I just spent $77 on those glasses and they broke in 6 months, with no fault of mine and all you can do is offer me a coupon?! I am never buying from here again don't waste your money. Customer service was absolute trash. EDITED TO ADD: The below "customer service" person has accused me of lying. I have screenshots AND emails that prove otherwise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY. Everyone who has ever worked customer service knows that if you have a defective product, the company replaces it, no matter if there is a warranty. That is the way companies keep customers and build trust with the public.

The progressives are blurry. They make me dizzy to look through them. One pair is very tight and the other pair is very loose. The materials of one pair is very cheap. I have ordered many pair from Zenni and had great satisfaction. I won't order again. Id be happy to send back and get a full refund. EDIT: I WAS CONTACTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE. They offered a refund to me but the cost to return the glasses would be double the original payment. They were very passive aggressive. They then offered me a partial refund but only if I deleted this message first. When I refused They became hostile. I said the refund was for poor quality product and the review change would be a thank you for the refund. They actually said regarding their glasses " what's the difference between good or bad, and is there a standard?" I have to say yes. The standard is good equals glasses I can use to drive and read with. Bad equals the garbage I was given by this company. No refund. What an awful company.EDIT- the issue is the lenses are blurry. The progressives aren't correct. Thats not an opinion it is a fact. Another fact is you told me to return the glasses would cost ME double what I paid for them. Then you tried to bribe me with a $30 payment to remove my negative comment. And I needed to delete it before receiving any payment. Then you said good or bad quality is all the same to you. Please stop harassing me your glasses are lousy.

I ordered my classes with the 3 pair sale. I choose this company due to them having the FL-41 lenses due to sever migraines. I was apprehensive to say the least due to other reports of their lasses breaking after only a few days and if the FL-41 lenses would make a difference. I glad to report that not only are my glasses frames beautiful , they are still intact, the FL-41 lenses are a game changer for me. I got the darkest tint they have. I like them so much I'm going to order the other two tints. My other lenses also have a blue light blocking coat wich makes watching tv, looking at my phone/ computer so much better. I am able to use the technology for more than just a few min at a time. The only negative I can think of is the length of time it took for my classes to arrive even with the middle level of paid delivery fees. Over all I am very impressed by this company as it stands now.

I used a coupon for 3 pairs of glasses. It was a great deal. 2 pairs are perfect the 3rd is kinda small. It was definitely sized wrong on the website.
