My glasses came just as they were described, which has not been the case with some other glass makers. These guys made them exactly how they were described and the price was perfect.

I really loved these glasses. The frame was fairly light. The colors were vibrant and highlighted my skin tone. I purchased these in September of 2025, I have rotated them every other day since I received them in October. Today March 8 I picked them up and the top of the frame was split by the bridge over the left eye. I am very careful with my glasses, I have a soft bracket I place them on whenever I take them off. I was shocked that it broke, and the plastic is so thin that gluing it back together was a nightmare that didn’t stick. Mine were beautiful and fit well until one day they just broke. I am now 5 months into wearing my glasses and need to replace them. I am deeply annoyed.

The entire experience was fantastic. From the glasses selection to wearing them. They are perfect for what I need, 1 pair for my computer and one for everything else. I've ordered here for years now and am never disappointed. And if there's something wrong, they will make it right. Thanks Muukal!

I was nervous after reading the negative reviews, but my glasses came exactly as described and the prescription is just right! I used the 3 for $119 deal to order a driving pair, a transition lense pair, and a therapeutic migraine lense pair. I'm very particular with my frames and how the fit. These exceed my expectations and I'm looking forward to trying the therapeutic lenses during my next migraine episode. My prescription is basic, with mild astigmatism.

I have been a dedicated customer of yours for over 2 years now. I recommended you to many people. 3 pair of glasses that I ordered from Muukal have broken. However, I tried to give your company another shot twice now and 2 times now the shipments have not arrived. Equalli.g 200.00 for both orders Most companies in the United States, if a package does not arrive, would make sure it is reimbursed or it's replaced. (Customer is always right)!! Muukal company is arguing with me about sending me a package or replacing a package. I have now spent $200 on glasses from your company that will not arrive and that you did not send to the right place. The order last year at my 216 pinewood road address was never received and now the 5420 Statler ave, your software changed the address i submitted i know i typed statler ave not whatever you stated i typed. Package has not arrived and i asked for you to replace the package or refund it and you are arguing. NOW you've just lost a customer.I will never order with you again. I will be sure, and certain to publish pictures and images and reviews of the glasses that I have gotten from Muukal that have broken already and your products have just destroyed themselves poor quality, but I tried to give your company another shot and look what you've done. I have not received two different orders and again 200.00 of my money is spent for things that I did not receive and you are turning around and blaming it on me. So I will never order from you again and I'll make sure I write a review of all the truths of the glasses that you've sent me that have broken and the glasses that I ordered that I never received. Easy to order, customer service did contact, reply back to me within one business day. (located different Country, time difference). Customer Service was good, although it may be difficult for anyone who isn't comfortable, or able to use just "tech" such as text and/or email. Material of frames I got wasn't highest quality, but look good. But, frames were only $10, so for the cost, 10-STARS. Make sure you MEASURE existing pair of glasses you have, use those measurements when finding frames that will fit your face. The only reason 4 star is it does take long time to get order, so if your in a rush, don't use.

The glasses are far more accurate and clear than the ones I got at my Optomitrist. And far less expensive. I got two pair for less than $100. The ones I purchased from my Optometrist were over $400. I am absolutely delighted. I would highly recommend MuukalOptical.
