I ordered 3 pairs of glasses from here. The prescription is not correct. The view for progressive is too low. The reading view is at the very bottom of the glasses and there is less than an inch of reading view. They first offered me 1 pair of glasses. Their final offer was 2 even though I ordered and paid for 3. This place should not be allowed to operate at all. All I can say is run do not order from here. I would not and will not ever recommend this company. They are extremely unethical.

I have bought several pairs of glasses from Muucal in the last few years.The glasses are a great deal. They make them quickly. My only complaint is with the shipping. Tracking my package, it was a week after it was "shipped" before it was finally sent to the next facility, in the same state.

LOVE the variety, my second time ordering, my husband has ordered before and we BOTH will be reordering next month when our insurance benefits reset. My only issue was, trying to get answer to a question in a timely manner. Didn't there used to be a live chat? Maybe I am thinking of another company

The lens are perfect. Reasonable shipping times considering it came from across the pond. In 15 years I have never had plastic frames. Time will tell how they hold up. I could purchase 5 of these for what my optometrist charges for one.
