These lashes are nowhere near as full as they are shown on the website. Highly disappointed in quality for the price.

I ordered glasses for me and my husband neither one of us got the right prescription.

I have worn progressive lenses for almost 20 years and these make me drunk. I can't wear them. What can I do about it?

One pair of prescription sunglasses were so dark that I couldn't see out of them. Another pair had one of the lenses pop out. I brought them to an optician to be repaired. They told me that the lenses supplied with the frames I bought, were definitely NOT made for the kind of frame that they were put in. Both lenses have huge gaps in the upper corners where the lenses meet the frame. I have advised the company of this abysmal failure of their quality control and am waiting for an answer. However, due to numerous complaints about Muukal that I have read, I don't expect them to resolve this matter. Their response asks who I am??? This shows their arrogance and ignorance about their customers!!!!!!!

I have bought from them twice and happy both times. You have to understand frame sizing and the mechanics of your script to put it in correctly. As long as you can do that you will rock and roll here everytime

Great item, amazing price! Progressive lenses are always so expensive and I am HAPPY with this pair of glasses!

The grams are good as expected with this type of glasses however, I don ‘t see very well with them. I have contacted customer care and they haven’t answered. It’s been 15 days already and nothing. At first I thought to just wait and that it was just maybe that I wasn’t used to the new prescription so I kept of wearing them to get used to them but now I can confirm that it is the glasses that are not right. They haven’t done anything to amend this. I’ll come and change my review if they get back to me.

I cannot adjust to progressive lenses. Can I return for bufocals please. How do I measure for bifocals ?
