Well, 2 things here. The glasses were great. I was really happy with all of them They had a couple of GREAT deals going, so I ended up with 5 pairs of glasses (3/$119, and a BOGO deal). Shipping was faster than projected, so I was absolutely happy with that. The second thing: I got the Lahela set, with the clip-ons. I was not sure I would love them, but I do, just like I love all of them. However, one of the clip-ons got damaged. This was my fault-not a defect on their part. I emailed Muukal about ordering another set of clip-ons, as they aren't sold alone. The replies were very fast, and my clip-ons were replaced extremely quickly. I sent the email in the early afternoon, and I had an answer by that evening, and full disposition by the next morning. Can't beat that quick response. I can definitely see (LOL) ordering through them again.

Beautiful but not for bifocal prescription.

I have crazy prescription for my eyes, and so ordering glasses online I was nervous. But my glasses arrived and it’s like seeing everything with perfect vision! I am so so happy with my purchase. I’ll be ordering more!

i purchased 2 pair oof glases, they arrived and i could not see out of either pair, contacted customer service they wanted a copy of the prescription from optomitrist, sent that they said okay i had input the correct number and that it was because the glasses where to large for bifocal, i said i had purchased glasses online for 15 years and the glasses i wear daily are larger. All kinds of excuses. They said they woud refund half of what i paid. Be wary of this company

Love Muukal's frames as they have many that are so very unique. I wear progressive glasses and have been for several years. I ordered three pair of progressives, none of which I can wear because they strain my eyes on the larger frames because they are blurred and the smaller frame I just cannot see out of them at all - not distance, not the computer, not to read close up! Cannot use any of them especially the smaller frame!!! Their customer service is great (until it is not), but could not solve my issue with the glasses and refunded a portion of my purchase price for the original 3 pairs. I saw my doctor and revised the prescription a little and reordered two more pair of glasses trying to give the a second chance. Again, the progressives were not well done at all. I have to hold them up and away from my face to use them and cannot use them at all for computer use! I requested a refund on these and will not be reordering ever again from Muukal. If you have single prescriptions, they might be able to do them, but I do not trust them at all with progressives. UPDATE: DO NOT ORDER GLASSES FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!! They make junk products and then still charge you a portion of the price for their poor manufacturing and do not take accountability for the fact that they can't get prescriptions right! They have an F rating with the BBB and add insult to injury by telling you in order to get a full refund you have to ship your faulty product back to China for a cost of $100 - 200 and the glasses were not worth that price to begin with!!! To respond to their thoughtless response: Though the ADD is not the same on the prescriptions, you have failed to provide me with ANY pair of progressive glasses that work for either prescription. I now have 4 pairs of glasses that I cannot use that I PAID for!!!

Nice glasses but can only look straight, side views are blurred, payed for extra wide view but all three pairs are the same,

Excellent prices and selection. I am delighted with the eyeglasses I got from them. Great experience and I will be buying from them again
