I have had several calls with your representatives. Every time they call they ask for my underaged children. I have told 3 of them to NEVER call ANYONE phone number asking to speak with a child! Our mother purchased a LTC policy in 1999. Last year the determination was made by the family that she needed to be somewhere that provided care services. She was 91 years old. She was a fall risk, used oxygen 24/7 , could not cook for herself or shop. She could not do laundry etc. after calling MOO and speaking with someone at length she was told how to proceed with the process. After filling out forms, doctors filling out forms and doing everything that they asked, she gave every dime she had saved plus had to borrow some from my sister, and gave it to an ALF. She moved in, paid the first 90 days as she was told and then in December she was told her application was denied. From that moment on it has been nothing short of criminal the way they constantly needed more information from the ALF or her or her doctor. She lived month to month not knowing if she was going to have to find somewhere to live. The anxiety and fear that was produced was inexcusable. Mom passed the day after Mother's Day and she died not knowing if they were going to pay for the last six months that she was at the facility, much less pay the difference between what is paid out and what was left on the policy to the family members as promised. When cleaning out her little apartment we sat in the administrators office, called MOO and that call ended with us and the administrator waiting on hold for two hours and forty minutes. The administrator had to go to a meeting and had to hang up. Mom was continuing to pay her premiums while she waited for them to determine her future. It is unconscionable the way they disregard the needs and expectations of their customers. We have contacted an attorney. There is so much evidence that they have done this over and over and over again. We are going to be pushing for a class action suit against them. Instead of just doing the right thing and paying what they owe they can pay out millions to all those that have had to endure such horrendous treatment.

They have given me the run around for five months. I figure my name had something to do with it. All I wanted was 150,000 for each of my 3 children in case of my death. 415.00 a month. What I have been through is ridiculous. My insurance agent has never heard of this. Seems very racial. I will speak on this to everyone.

Bad service, rude customer service, tha appeal process for one mistake(them fault) always they won. The worst experience, two overpayments in the same claim, after they approval? They needs new employees, new accounting system or whatever, them administration is very awful. I sent a email to customer service a couples days ago before the decision of appeal and the case manager call me very aggressive told me the decision was made and doesn't will change and I need stop sending emails,definetly she reads the emails very later, it's incredible the attitude of the staff more when the customer is Hispanic, racist Very sad!

BEWARE If i could rate at a negative 5 , I would Turned 65 my life insurance rate went from 55.50 a month to 957.09 a month. One week before I was to have major neck surgery. Then a disability policy I had for twenty years, I was told first since I was receiving social security my payments would not be $ 3000.00 a month that I paid for. It would be $ 700.00. Also since I was over 64 years old policy limits would be for 12 months only. Run as fast as yoI can before you invest with them !

Criminals all the way . Taking money from the account months after months ., hundreds of dollars and although I asked for receipts none was given .These con artists already know that the receipt is a reminder of money paid out risky and there are better things to do with ones hard earned income ,so the receipt will remind people to stop wasting money by giving crooks. It's better to invest the money in real estate or loans to people with interest. NO receipt . No reminder of one paying for Death Insurance Policy . Criminals in action for real, Criminals

This is the worst medical benefit provider I have encountered. They delay every part of the process to work off the float by collecting your monthly premium . This is one of the biggest scams I have run into using their third party - True Assure. Check all other reviews and the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS DENTAL PLAN OPTION!!!!!!

When I say this company hounds you, that is an understatement! I was looking at lending tree home equity options and to view rates was prompted to enter my phone number. Big mistake! I never imaged I would receive 20+ phones calls a day!!! I have blocked several numbers but they call from another number. It is Sunday 2:30 pm and I just ignored another call!! LEAVE ME ALONE!!! This is borderline harassment! If im interested I will call. Good grief!!!
