AVOID AT ALL COST!!! WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET. Mother has a long term care policy and we have to fight 3-4 times a year to get her monthly payment. Now 3 months behind with rent and we had to cover out of pocket, WTF. Everything they require is always done but they find ways and excuses not to pay. Customer service completely SUCKS BIG TIME, like the fax was down, oh we had an upgrade, network issue, or just lies about receiving documents when we have good receipt confirmations. We are in the process of filing complaints with the state of SC DOI, and will also be contacting the district Congressman. Mom paid every single month on time for 2 decades and this is the BillSh*t MUTUAL of OMAHA pulls on her and senior people in Long Term Care assisted living facilities, as heard from other families. Who else is having these problems? Come forward and expose the Truth!!

Again, I would give this company’s “customer service” a minus 50 rating. The bots aren’t smart bots, an hour is the typical wait time to get policy questions answered. When asked about my LTC policy experience, my response is: if considering Mutual of Omaha…STOP!!! TURN AROUND!!! RUN AWAY!!! Spare yourself the WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE known to mankind!!!

They helped us get life insurance and they really listen to what you need. They actually listen to what you say when it comes to being only having so much money for life insurance. They have a lot of options and they will make sure you understand everything before you get what you need. Prices are pretty decent and affordable. When my husband passed we didn't have any trouble and they took care of everything. Cause a time like that you don't have time to be worried bout making sure money goes where you need it. I'm so thankful for them.

This is the most inefficient, lying, unprofessional, no medical license unprofessional underwriters I've ever dealt with. If you are a senior citizen this is not recommended for you because, you need to be in perfect health. Their assumptions of customers are ridiculous being that none of them are licensed to practice medicine. Of course, you can get dental insurance and it's not worth the cost for $1500. I sent my paperwork in 3 times with the doctor stating that my health is good. The paperwork was never read because, their opinion stayed the same. In my opinion, this company might have been around for a long time but, over the years their customer care stinks. If you are not in perfect health don't waste your time, young or old.

Worst experience ever! The rep acted like he cared until he ran into a small issue. To this date i have no clue what happened or why they kicked my refi. Fortunatly i found a real company that got it done, closing in the morning!

I went online to inquire about getting a home improvement loan. My name was forwarded to Mutual of Omaha. They have called me several times a day, even though I asked to be removed from their call list. Their extreme aggressiveness speaks volumes about their lack of corporate responsiveness.

Omaha likes to increase premiums, but not hire more people at their call center. Every time you call its 75+ minutes on hold. If the slightest thing changes with your claim you have to start over again. I would not recommend using them in any way shape or form. They are a broken company. I feel embarrassed that we have to use them Edit - Omaha replied to my comments here while I was still waiting on hold with them . I waited on hold for three hours. They never picked up. I wish they would prioritize their customers and not worry about rapid response to reviews on trustpilot. This reinforces my earlier comments. Please do not waste your time with Mutual of Omaha

We have had a horrible time with this insurance company. My mother has had this policy for 30 years and they have refused to pay so far for her assisted-living now we are struggling to get them to pay for her home healthcare as we have had to take her out of assisted-living due to nonpayment from the long-term care insurance I do not recommend this company to anyone as I have had nothing but a very bad experience in getting them to pay in which they still have not, iI hope this helps someone else not to make the same mistake we have made.
