Best Online Dermatology Service and RX
I live in a rural area with no dermatology so the convenience of Musley has been a life saver for me. I have loved all 8 prescriptions I have tried. My Dr is always attentive and answers my messages within the same day. I also find customer service to be helpful and friendly. I have regrown my hair, got my hormones balanced and gotten a complete facelift with Musleys products.

Musely is relatively affordable and…
Musely is relatively affordable and accessible for most people, which is a plus. However, their formulations do not feel professional and lack in consistency and efficacy. Sometimes a product feels dry and gritty. Sometimes it’s smooth and easy to spread. Sometimes it’s really runny. Sometimes it feels too strong even though I’ve used a product for over a year. It’s just too inconsistent. I’ve tried many of their products and have decided to move on to other brands that offer better formulations. Almost everything I’ve tried has the color and texture of the gunk you squeeze out of a clogged pore. Also, a weird scent- not fragrance- that just smells “unclean”. It’s not pleasant. Most of the time, I did not look forward to applying their products. I have found MUCH better and more professional products at different derm sites, and at comparable cost as Musely.

Docs are responsive and helpful
Docs are responsive and helpful, and the products are great. However, the subscription process does not allow enough control. Moving a date/pause/skip because you have too much or unopened product, or whatever the reason is too difficult. I am on subscription for multiple products - I am more tempted to just stop a product when it is so frustrating.

I used your product for dark spots on…
I used your product for dark spots on my face, and it actually worked! I have tried many dark spot products in the past, but none of them were effective until I found yours. From my experience, all of your products are the best. I’m currently using your Hair Pill for thinning hair as well.

Biggest scam ever
Biggest scam ever. I wasted so much time, effort and money on their products. And to top it off, I was left with what looks like permanent discoloration on different areas of my body. Never ever again.
