So far after two weeks of use 2x a day, I’ve seen no significant reduction in my dark spots. I’m now thinking that this product is overblown in results and that you’re just another quack makeup come on.

The product removed my dark spot. After about a month of using, it really did remove the sun spot damage I could see.

Sorry in advance for the long rev-I am a 50 yr old lady that was sad and embarrassed about my skin for a long time prior to starting Musely. I had just given up and accepted that my deep wrinkles and sun spots were not going to go away. I had tried everything. I had seen many reviews and thought it was like everything else a waste of money. I could not afford filler, Botox and facials any longer. So, on my 50th bday I decided I will try the spot cream instead of wasting $35.00 on lotions and potions like I normally do that do nothing. Boy am I glad I tried this! ( see rev below) I added other products as I could afford to. ( they have sales often-usually 30% off the products) Subscription- website makes it very easy to change and add products if you decide to. You can also change delivery dates if you need to. You don’t have to call a bunch of numbers or email Musely you can do it yourself! No extra charges, or added charges and you can cancel anytime. Dermatologist- my dermatologist has been amazing. I did opt to go with her treatment plan. I of course wanted the strongest, fastest option. Thank goodness I didn’t do that. I had less irritation, redness and breakouts when initially starting. Spot Cream- ( there was a special when I ordered so I received a free full size face wash/mosturizer w/sunscreen. I started using the spot cream for my sun spots and malasma. I had tried everything (lasers, microneedling, peels, nothing got rid of them completely. The spot cream did! It is also much more affordable! Anti Aging Cream and Neck Cream-I am 50 yrs old. I have been using these products for 60 days. The difference in the texture, smoothness, breakouts and my wrinkles is noticeable. Especially the deep wrinkles on my forehead and 11 lines. In fact, for the first time I have had several people tell me that my skin looks great and ask me what I am using. It doesn’t happen overnight but that was fine with me. I wanted a regimen that actually resolved my problem areas that I could maintain at home and that I could afford to keep up with. Delivery- it comes fast and right to your door! No more going into appointments and waiting at the pharmacy. You also don’t have to pay the price that it costs at the pharmacy. You can skip a delivery if you don’t want/need the product that month with no charge. I apologize for not adding pictures. I unfortunately don’t know how to, LOL. When I looked at a picture from a couple months prior to now I could not believe the difference. I have never done a review, I hope this helps someone out there considering Musley to give it a try!

I do feel the product is helping my skin! The system itself caused some issues with shipping that were frustrating twice but customer service came through and was pleased with solution.

I have been using Musely products for over six months. They promise a doctor's response (which is an additional cost) within 48 hrs. My assigned doctor responded after 4 days and ONLY after I sent emails to customer service. Customer service is absolutely NOT good. It is all via email and feels like it is either AI generated or (overseas) AI generated. Both are unacceptable for such a pricey product line. I am not sure I will continue because the customer service is robotic, slow to respond and complicated, I am not seeing the results I expected AND I am not happy with customer service telling me that 4 days of unresponsiveness from the doctor was really "two days" (as if I can't read or count). NOT ok!!! In response to the Musely reply: I stated that the customer service response "feels" like it is AI generated because the responses are mechanical and lack empathy (does anyone actually READ anymore?) Also, your "average" has NOTHING to do with my personal experience with the slow response of customer service and you do not get that part based on your reply. Yes, I did pay $20 for the doctor support and that is all the more reason why they should have responded within 48 hours in lieu of 4 days. Again, you do not get to argue with me and your reply does not alter the facts of my personal experience. I would LOVE for you to "make it right"!!

Product isn’t working as well as expected and I don’t think the identification of potential current skin care product negative interactions are clearly stated ahead of first use. Doctor interactions are helpful and doctor is responsive. After I wrote this review Musely responded and gave me a mile long web address…not an actual link so you type it all out and I still can not get the so called support! I would like a phone number please! Cannot believe how hard you make it to get help!

WOW! I use the anti-aging cream. It’s the first cream I have used in years that actually works. I love that I can do it all online from home.
