I returned two pairs of shoes. The shoes had a terrible oder and I received two black shoes when I ordered one black and one red. After several emails and more than five months I have not received a refund. All I get is an email that states how sorry they are and the address to return the shoes. I did that months ago! NEVER buy from this company as they are thieves that will keep your money and their products are crap. I have reported them to several agencies in the hope that this company is closed down for good. Don't buy from them!

I ordered a mens size 14 wide. It took a while to get them. When I opened the box they were way to small. They had different size markings on them. Looked them up. They were size 12. So I contacted them. They kept comming back with the same return email. Finally they gave me a address to return them. I paid 15.00 to get a confirmation they received them. I sent proof to them they had been returned. That was a month ago. They've sense sent a different address to send them too. But they already have them. They still will not refund my money or send me the correct size shoes I ordered. I paid with PayPal. They still haven't done anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

This was a shoe that even my podiatrist said looked good. I ordered a pair that was a little small...so i got in a hurry and ordered 2 more pair and I be damn wrong size again. I communicated by email as everyone else did..I got all3 pair shoes together and mailed them back thru USPS and I wanted to know when it got there. Well it's been there and I cannot talk to anyone so as i told them that I thought there were thieves.

Order size 38 velcro strap boot/sneaker for my 88 year old mom in March. Tried them on and just a bit too small. Reached out via email and asked to return them and get the next larger size. I paid 30 to send the originals back in a box instead of the bag they came in to be sure they got back with no issues. Countless emails, we sincerely apologize for the frustration you have experienced with your order. Same email every time I try to find out where the replacements are coming or not. Once in a while you can tell someone wrote a response instead of the canned response but no one ever tells me when or if I will get a replacement set for my mother. Horrible customer experience. Frustration galore. DOnt bother calling the telephone number it never gets answered. "Call back later" I should have checked the reviews before I bought these.

I ordered and received A pair of shoes that were too small... I contacted them..... I asked if I was responsible for the cost of returning them..... I have received no answer to that question.... I get A form letter telling me who to send them too but no answer as to who is responsible for the cost of shipping.....

I purchased two pair of shoes and paid extra for 6 business days delivery. This never happened. I got the shoes much later than 6 business days. The shoes didn’t fit right for me so I notified the company I wanted a refund. They said they would review my claim and give me further instructions. So far no instructions and no further communication from the company. I have put in a dispute with PayPal using my Amex card. I am sending the shoes back tomorrow to their California address. This company misrepresents the delivery and shipment. They answer with some ChatGPT answer that sounds great but means nothing. Buyer beware. Don’t believe Amazon ratings.

When I ordered orthotic sandals, I expected to receive orthotic sandals, not regular sandals and inserts. The inserts slip and slide around and have a bumpy surface that is very unpleasant for me and must be torture to anyone with neuropathy. I can't walk a block without needing to adjust the inserts and a few steps further and they fall out entirely. I unsuccessfully tried gluing them in place, and eventually got them to stay with epoxy, but they still felt awful. I finally threw them out, but since they were kind of pretty, I'm giving them 2 stars.

Sent back one pair of sneakers kept 2 items. Within 2 days sent back sneakers that did not fit. I followed there instructions the tracking showed they received them back. It’s been 6 weeks. I have sent 50 emails everyday every night asking for my refund? They answered the emails asking what size I needed to change the returned sneakers. Each time I replied I wanted a refund horrible company. No working phone contact I had pissed customer help with my problem with Musbela and there has been no response. The order was for a my disabled daughter so I can say they are stealing her money. So frustrated!!
